Creating audio effects

You can use the following audio codes to produce the corresponding audio effects in your AI voice assistant's greetings and answers.

Audio effect	Code
1-second silence	[pause1s]
2-second silence	[pause2s]
3-second silence	[pause3s]
4-second silence	[pause4s]
Generate extension transfer tones	[pause-txfertones]
Generate ringback audio for landline phone	[pause-ringtone-1]
Generate 2-minute wait music	[pause-waitmusic-2m]
Generate 30 seconds of wait music	[pause-waitmusic-30s]

Simulating digit press on the calling phone

You can also use the following code format to push certain digits on the calling phone. You must use this code at the beginning of the answer or greeting. Here is an example:

[digits=w12w]

Adding the above code will produce -

A wait of 0.5 seconds,
followed by sending back a tone for digit '1',
followed by sending back a tone for digit '2',
followed by a wait of 0.5 seconds.
