Connecting multiple IsOn24 accounts to Zapier

If you need to connect multiple IsOn24 accounts/locations to your Zapier account, you must create multiple IsOn24 connections (one for each IsOn24 account/location) within your Zapier account.

Here are the steps -

1. Log in to your Zapier account. Go to Menu > Apps, or click here.

2. Select the current IsOn24 connection if it exists.

3. Or, create a new connection as below -

Important: The 2.0 IsOn24 Zapier integration will automatically list the business locations accessible to the currently logged-in IsOn24 user in the same browser. Therefore, to connect the specific IsOn24 location with Zapier -

First, ensure the currently logged-in user can access the IsOn24 location you are trying to connect to. Open the IsOn24 app and go to Menu > Account > All locations.
Then, Switch to Zapier. Go to Menu > Apps > IsOn24
Add a new connection to IsOn24 - ensure it is in the desired IsOn24 location. You will notice the location's name and IsOn24 phone number as part of the IsOn24 connection name.

4. After reconnecting your IsOn24 account, create or update your Zaps using IsOn24.

5. Enable the Zaps using IsOn24 as needed.

6. Test the Zaps as applicable.
