Why?

To safeguard your business from any impersonation. That's it!

We do not want to allow someone else to join the IsOn24 platform as your business.

How?

You should send us one or more of the following documents that clearly show your name, the business name, and the business address.

Latest utility bill (phone, electricity, gas, water, or city services, etc.)
Business license/registration from the city, state, or federal id

Send the copies to care@ison24.com.

Private addresses / Virtual businesses / Home-based businesses

By default, the IsOn24 answers your customer questions about your business address and offers a text message. You can control what business address you share. We encourage you to provide the most current address or helpful directions for your customers.

For virtual businesses or home-based businesses, you can share your service or coverage area instead of your physical address.

Your IsOn24 account has a local virtual number for your AI voice assistant. You can connect your voice assistant number with your existing business number in multiple ways. 1. Forward calls from your current phone number to your IsOn24 number This is the quickest and simplest method to connect your existing phone with your IsOn24 AI assistant. Since you will be forwarding calls from your current phone, your current phone provider will provide the exact steps for setting up call forwarding.
