Greetings and Phrases

You should review your voice assistant configuration in the Call experience wizard to find various greetings and answers you have created. Make sure to record each of the greetings and answer phrases in separate files and send them as attachments to care@ison24.com.

Example

The following are sample statements and phrases typically used in a business environment. You will record such statements from your setup in separate files and email them to care@ison24.com

1. "Welcome to <your-business-name>."

2. "How can I help you with appointments, business-hours or connect you with a team member?"

3. "Okay."

4. "I will help you book an appointment over the phone. However, you can also browse available appointments online."

5. "Can I text you a link for online appointments? "
