Troubleshooting IsOn24 app

If you have trouble loading IsOn4 app on your Apple devices, here's how to fix that  -

  1. Open the Safari browser and try to visit www.timeanddate.com. If you cannot access this website or do not see the current local time on the web page, your device has trouble connecting to the internet. Follow these steps to connect your Apple device to the internet. 
  2. You may need to clear the browser history and website data from your device if your device can connect to the internet. To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. You can get more information here from Apple. 
  3. At this time, your Apple device would not remember IsOn24. Open a new safari window and visit www.IsOn24.com/login. You will have to re-enter your login and password for the IsOn24 app. Please refer to the post signup email if you forgot your login information.
