How to connect your website to IsOn24

You can connect your website with your IsOn24 sidekick to make sure that you never miss any customers.

Your customers will make online appointments from your website and your social media pages. You will also get an online chat app to connect with your customers. 
A simpler integration is as easy as adding a link to your website or your social page -

A deeper integration option

Optionally, you can choose a deeper integration to embed the IsOn24 apps directly on your website so they always appear floating on the side as you browse. Here are a couple of samples:

What you will need

You will need code snippets from us such as the following -

How to set up

Please make sure the following for each page of your website -
  1. The first part of the code snippet (for the head section) should be added right before the </head> tag in the HTML code for the page.

If you use WordPress**

Please follow the steps below:
  1. Login to your website WordPress admin console. 
  2. Click on "Plugins" in the left bar
  3. Verify if the plugin "Header and Footer Scripts" (by Author: Digital Liberation) is already installed. If not, then please search for the same (from the same screen) and install it.
  4. Go to "Installed Plugins" and ENABLE the "Header and Footer Scripts" plugin, just installed in the last step.
  5. Click on "Settings" on the left bar and click on "Header and Footer Scripts".
  6. Copy and Paste the first part of the code snippet (for the head section) in the <head> section.
  7. Save these settings and re-publish the website.
Now, open your website in a separate browser tab and check if the IsOn24 plugin shows up.

If you use GoDaddy**

  1. Copy the IsOn24 code (available in the IsOn24 app) per the article.
  2. Republish your site with changes. You're done!

Now, open your website in a separate browser tab and check if the IsOn24 plugin shows up.

If you use SquareSpace**

When you reach Step 2 (in the article) -

  1. Copy the IsOn24 code for the HEAD section in the Header field.
  2. Jump to Step 2 and Save. You're done!

Now, open your website in a separate browser tab and check if the IsOn24 plugin shows up.

If you use Wix.com**


1. When you reach step 5.d ('Add code to pages' in the article) -
Choose All Pages --> Load code on each new page

2. Then when you reach n step 5.e ('Place code in')  -
Choose Head for the Head section of the IsOn24 code provided.

3. Click Apply.

Now, open your website in a separate browser tab and check if the IsOn24 plugin shows up.
