Get instant alerts on your phone for IsOn24 emails

Please follow these instructions for iOS 11 -

Mark IsOn24 Email address as VIP

  1. To mark the IsOn24 email address (support@ison24.com) a VIP, open the Mail app and search for support@ison24.com.
  2. Open any email from above email address and Tap on Details next to the Contact icon at the top-right part of the screen. 
  3. Now, tap on the support@ison24.com email address and on the next screen, Tap on the Add to VIP.  

Configure instant alerts on your Phone screen 


  1. To enable instant alerts for emails from support@ison24.com, open Settings > Mail > Notifications. 
  2. Make sure the setting Allow Notifications is enabled (shows up as Green)
  3. Tap on VIP and select an appropriate sound for IsOn24 email alerts. Chord could be a good choice.
  4. Make sure all the remaining settings on this screen Badge App Icon and Show ... are enabled (show up as Green)
Now, when you will receive an email alert from IsOn24, your phone will alert you with a sound and a message on the screen just like, it does when you receive Text messages.
