The Easiest way to Publish Deals for your Restaurant Guests

The restaurant industry gets more and more competitive every day. How do you attract new customers to your restaurant and keep enticing your regular customer base?
Most of the restaurants participate in various networks such as the Takeout apps and Delivery services to gain new customers. However, as many of you would agree, the initial guest fervour associated with such networks goes away in a matter of weeks. Maybe, the heavy initial promotions offered by the Apps have something to do with this trend.

The point is if promotions are the key to attract and keep your customers, why not take control of it yourself? You know your customer base best and therefore you can create the most compelling promotions to attract them.
This is the reason, we have added a new feature called 'Promotions' in your IsOn24 app.

What does it do?

  • You can now publish new Promotions on your website yourself in minutes. 
  • Your callers will also hear the promotions as part of the Phone greeting message.
  • You will plan the lifetime for the Promotion - when does it begin and when should it get stopped, automatically.
  • You can update your promotions and re-publish them anytime.

How do I publish my Promotions?

To publish your promotions -
  1. Login to the IsOn24 app and go to Menu->Settings, then choose Promotions.   
  2. Type the message, you would like your callers to hear as part of their Phone greeting. Please be brief and to the point, because this message would be played to every caller. Make sure you encourage them to visit your website for details.
  3. Create some snappy Title for your Promotions. 
  4. Type in specific Promotions, one in each line. Please add ">br<" before the beginning of a new line.
  5. Select the Date & Time From when your guests should begin to see and hear about this Promotion.
  6. Select the Date & Time after which this Promotion should stop
  7. Push the button "Set Promotion" and.. (drumroll...) you are done!
