Create Announcement for your Phone and Website in less than a minute

There are many reasons why you may need to inform your customers about special hours, or temporary maintenance situations.
Using the IsOn24 app, you can just type the message that your callers should hear. The IsOn24 will greet your callers with the announcement, and your website will also begin to display the same.
What's even better? You can create these announcements in advance and schedule them to begin and end at specific dates and times automatically.

How does it work?

  • You can create a new automated announcement in less than a minute. 
  • Your callers will hear the announcement as part of the Phone greeting message.
  • Your Website visitors will also see the same announcement.
  • You will choose the lifetime for the announcement - when does it begin and when should it get stopped, automatically.
  • To make it even easier, we have already included a bunch of pre-defined announcements for you such as 'Closed for Private Event' or 'Closed for maintenance'.

How do I create an Announcement?

To setup, an announcement -
  1. Login to the IsOn24 app and go to Menu->Settings, then choose Announcement. Or, click here.
  2. Select one of the pre-defined Announcement types from the list or choose 'Other' to create a new one.
  3. Select the Date & Time From when your guests should begin to see and hear the announcement
  4. Select the Date & Time after which your announcement should stop
  5. Update the Actual Message that would be played to your callers and would be shown to your Website visitors. Please be brief and to the point, because this message would be played to every caller as part of the greeting - "Welcome back to ...".
  6. Push the button "Set Announcement" and you are done!
